Enjoy the best of both worlds.

Enjoy the best of both worlds

You can save money, stay close to friends and relatives, look after your children or other family members, and still have an amazing Middlesex experience.

Did you know that up to a third of students may choose to live at home while studying at university? This is according to new research by University College London which shows that rising living costs and family needs are affecting school leavers.

If you choose to live at home, we'll fully support you and help you get the most out of uni life. Our campus is a great place to study, meet new people, hang out, eat, play sports and join in all the social stuff - clubs, societies, gigs, balls and more.

There’s lots to explore locally in Hendon and central London is just a 20-minute train ride away.

"I live at home. You save a lot of money and the location is so perfect, it’s never been an issue for me. Everything has been a plus, plus, plus for me." Ireena, LLB Law

"Home study is easy for me as the library is largely accessible digitally. Middlesex also offer support via Skype and email that has been invaluable to me during my placements." Bronwyn, BSc Nursing (Mental Health)

"My university’s location is just near from my home which is wonderful. I can ride bus for 20 minutes and be there on time. Students can also access trains and buses and there are parking areas inside the uni also." Reycelie Angel, BSc Biomedical Science BSc (Hons)

Depending on your course, you will have some flexibility as to when you have to be on campus and when you can stay at home to study.
